The Blended Learning Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course from the American Red Cross prepares participants to recognize and respond confidently to emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. This course follows the latest 2025 Red Cross science-based guidelines and combines interactive online learning with an in-person skills session to ensure both knowledge and hands-on competency.
Online Learning Session Includes:
Emergency scene assessment and activation of EMS
High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
AED awareness and safe operation
Relief of choking for all age groups
First aid fundamentals including bleeding control, shock, burns, seizures, allergic reactions, and sudden illnesses
Team response concepts and personal safety
Course Format:
Self-paced online module completed prior to the in-person session
Required in-person skills session to practice and demonstrate CPR, AED, and first aid skills
Intended Audience:

Certification:
Upon successful completion of the online course and in-person skills evaluation, participants receive an American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification, valid for 2 years.
